Tom has spent his entire professional life operating in the Yorkshire property market. Qualifying as a rural practice Chartered Surveyor with Strutt & Parker he then helped establish the Knight Frank Harrogate office before setting up Tom Robinson Property, a buying agency, in 2010. Tom has an exceptional reputation throughout Yorkshire, acting for a diverse client base and has extensive knowledge of high end residential, investment and agricultural property. Tom lives on the edge of Ripon with his wife Shan and four young daughters, Polly, Tessa, Jemima and Tilly.
Toby started professional life in Strutt & Parker’s Newbury office before moving up to London to join the Knight Frank Country House department covering the north of England. He then ran the sales team in Strutt & Parker’s Harrogate office for 4 years. Toby has a wealth of experience in the sale and purchase of the finest country houses, sporting estates and grouse moors in the north of England. Toby lives between Bedale and Ripon with his wife Anna and his boys, Max and Kit.
Blair runs The Land Management Partnership and offers a bespoke management service to a range of rural clients in and around Yorkshire. From a farming family in south west Scotland, Blair brings with him a practical understanding of the day to day running of rural enterprises together with his technical knowledge gained over the past seven years. Blair is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Agricultural Valuers Association, and has experience in advising a wide range of clients from private individuals to large institutions. Although Yorkshire is now home for Blair, he still goes back to the family farm to help out at busy times. He is a keen shot and can often be found trying to control two unruly dachshunds.
After graduating from Cambridge with an MA in Economics, Charles joined Barclays Bank. He worked for them for seventeen years, during which time he achieved an MBA. In 2001 he became CEO of First Caribbean International Bank, in the Caribbean. In 2008 he was appointed CEO of ASB Bank, the New Zealand banking subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and in 2011 he returned to the UK. He is a member of the Audit & Compliance, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. He is a Non-Executive Director of GE Capital Bank and Chairman of The Cherry Tree Trust, a microfinance charity which he founded. Charles brings a wealth of management and leadership experience across a range of disciplines to The Search Partnership.
